Reviews of Burger King in West Allis

Waited in like 10 minutes in the drive-thru, then were told to park and wait for someone to bring us out our food (didn't get our name or give us a number). We waited 10 minutes, then I went inside. Waited in line ANOTHER 10 minutes, behind a long line of other people waiting to order their food or pick up their food since nobody delivered it outside. After 15 minutes I approached the counter, and waited another 5 minutes before someone asked what I needed. I told them, and they had already bagged my order but didn't bother delivering it. Fries were cold, forgot the pickles, no BBQ sauce on the side like I'd asked. The worst part is that not a SINGLE employee was properly wearing a mask. Two cooks had ZERO mask on, and the women bagging and taking orders had their maks pulled down to their chin. Extremely poor service, and unsafe/unsanitary environment during COVID. Completely unacceptable.
