I have been training at Absolute for over 10 years and I am convinced it is the best dojo in St. Louis hands down. All of the coaches actually compete in various forms of martial arts and are willing to help at any time. Master Brock and his black belt wife are the real deal and more than capable of training you or your children. I can't say enough about what this place has done for me. I am a police officer by trade and I trust in the training I have received at Absolute to assist me with a hands on encounter or any other uncomfortable position I may find myself in. Master Brock and his wife have my full confidence and my respect and I don't just think of the dojo as a place where I train, I think of it as my family. Come see for yourself.....
