My sister signed up for kickboxing and tried for a month to get me to try it. I am 54 years old and have had two total knee replacements. There was no way I was going to be able to kickbox. But I did try and absolutely LOVE it! It has actually helped with flexibility, endurance, and weight loss. The instructors are amazing and are there to help you not pressure you. They teach you the right way to kickbox. It was hard at first but well worth the effort! I feel so much better and if I can do it so can you!

Highly recommend ILKB- Lake St. Louis. It's a great workout with a great group of people! They offer classes 7 days a week with a variety of times to fit your schedule! All of the instructors are amazing! They love what they do and absolutely want to help you reach your fitness goals!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I joined after struggling to lose my baby weight, and thanks to the instructors and the high energy pace, I have lost 14 pounds! It has helped me with stress-relief as well. The staff is incredible and you won't find a better group of people to help guide you in your fitness journey!
