I had food from Ruth chris and it wa messed up. Spoke with a nice manager, Jacob and he says he will replace it. Tonight I called in, and got the run around since Jacob is off tonight. Through the Nextdoor app and my relationship with the Far East complex and church-I will make it known that it is better to go to shanahan because they are consistent! This encounter with Ruth chris and how that woman talked to me tonight intimidated me. I am embarrassed and humiliated me in front of my children .
