I'm a runner, but I saw more changes in my body in 5 sessions than in 6 mos of running! I keep meeting fitness goals I never thought possible. Motivating staff keeps you pushing yourself!! Worth every penny!

I've found my motivation again! I Love Kickboxing is a powerful workout with great instructors. It's challenging, but when you get through your first workout, you will be hooked! It's given me more stamina in addition to helping me build more confidence. It's a great way to deal with stress, too!

This is such a great workout! The instructors are so helpful and motivating. They encourage you to push yourself farther than you did the day before. This workout helped me lose 15lbs in the first month and now I'm addicted! It's the best part of my day! Sara Anderson
