My son took his car to John’s Finish Line at the end of February 2022. The car needed a new engine. After receiving the money for the entire price of fixing the car and installing a new engine, my son got excuse after excuse why the work was not completed. Finally at the end of July 2022, the shop agreed to have the car towed to another shop so they could do the work. We found out in July that JFL never ever ordered another engine even though he told us he had! He basically did nothing on my son’s car for six months! JFL paid for the tow and part of the repair work. If you want to get your car repaired in a timely manner with a trustworthy shop, I would suggest you find somewhere else to do business.
