Bad! 2/27/2014 – 4/3/2014 I took my car there for a standard Tire Alignment (a 15min job). Their mechanic striped the bolt off (turning it the wrong way) then told me that it was already stripped. It was Thur. he said he could have it ready Fri; then came back and said he could not get the part till Mon. Mon came (and I called him!) he tells me the supplier sent him the wrong one and would be ready on Tue. Again (I called him), he tells me he has driven all over and his suppliers cannot get the part and it would be ready on Wed. He finally found a supplier in TN to overnight it. Calls me on Wed and said “come get your car!” He was rude about it. He even told me by phone on Mon not to worry about the rental car, then changed his tune and said he would pay half. When I got there, he would not honor his word about the rental; instead not charging me 50 for the alignment. He told me to check back with his WIFE at the end of the month for reimbursement. I returned 4/3/14 to talk things over and negotiate and I was met with hostility. She would not come to middle ground, she snatched my receipt out of my hand, tearing it and took the other and crumpled it up; then THREW it in my face. She SCREAMED at me with profanities and demanded I leave her shop! I never raised my voice to her. What an incredible REDNECK family/shop owners!!! Her husband/owner/Larry was snickering (laughing) while his wife/Jenny was ready to tear into me. What horrible people!
I was out $240 for rental, three 30mile trips out there, late for work and had to drop my college classes. I understand errors can happen but at NO point is any of that the consumer’s fault. I wouldn’t have mind paying for ½ the rental but to be lied to, mislead and screamed at is beyond words! I am reporting them to the BBB, giving them 0 stars and a bad review. Very unprofessional!
*I also noticed that every person coming in on those three days got the same story “I’m sorry, this is going to be more than we expected (but in the name of “Safety”) we need to get this ordered for you and then you’ll be good to go. They up sold every customer coming through the door. BEWARE!
