If you want your windshield on your car or truck replaced they are great. DO NOT get house windows. I will be short about about my long drawn out unpleasant experience. The first set of windows were made incorrectly. Not their fault. The second set of windows were too small and I could see the sky between the house and the window frame. About a month later the third set arrived. It took most of the summer to replace 11 windows. Your calls will NOT be returned. If you do not know your work order # they can not help you. The office staff is nice, They really know how to say " I'm so sorry, really sorry about that". I was told that we would be putting energy star windows in the house. That was lie. When I asked for the energy star information, I was told " not on your windows, were so sorry" At the end of the day/summer, I got half vinyl windows half direct set windows. The direct set windows were more expensive and judd's ate it. They did stick with the original bid and I paid them. So they did make it right. It only took several months to replace eleven windows in a 1300 square foot house. Would I ever do that again? A resounding NO. customer, work order #5919
