As a former employee, I would not recommend doing business here. Parts are SEVERELY overpriced and mostly sourced from China. They had us remove labels indicating part numbers, so that customers would have to call us for a replacement. They will sell unnecessary parts, insisting that you need them. They send out used parts and bill them as new. They constantly lie to customers about how long it will take to send a piece of equipment, in order to get an up-front payment, then won't take calls from angry customers. I was forced to fix things the cheap way, instead of the right way. They put their greed before their customers best interest.
