I love this place it is so welcoming!! The instructors always keeps me wanting to come back. I have lost 5 lbs since I started going here and more to come. I cant wait to meet my goals!! I also love how not every day is the same thing. This is definitely a place to check out if you want to tone and strengthen or ever start something new!!

I absolutely love ILKB! They challenge me more than I thought I could ever do and they motivate me while they do that. The staff are very welcoming and filled with knowledge. The facility is very clean and maintained. The people that go there are so nice and class timea are very convenient and options for any schedule.

I absolutely love ILKB! Its a wonderful environment where everyone is supportive no matter their fitness level. The workouts are fantastic and so are the staff. I highly recommend trying it out to see for yourself!
