Reviews of Sunglass Hut in Woodbridge

I received my package as I had ordered glasses online. However there was no case for them and they were designer glasses. I called my local store to see if I could come in and pick up a case for them. The associate, Lenny which answered the phone told me I would have to pay for the case as she had no proof that I was telling the truth about not receiving a case. I asked if I could speak with a manager as I had informed her that I would bring everything that came in the package to the store for her viewing. She stated there would not be a manager available until Wednesday, this is Monday evening. When I asked why there is not a manager scheduled for tomorrow I was told they did not need one as there were a sufficient number of associates scheduled, no manager needed. I called the sunglass hut order line and was told there are no cases shipped with any of the glasses except the solid gold frames, but it should not be a problem for me to go in and get one. This was very unprofessional for the store associate to speak to me in this fashion. I paid for a gift for someone and did not see a problem in getting a case! I work in retail and would never speak to a customer this way........Little does she know my husband has spent quite a bit of money in the store.
Guess we will have to put an end to that!!!!!You never know who you are talking to so you should be professional and helpful at all times!!!
