Reviews of bp in Wisconsin Dells

I am with my family of 6 after enjoying an Wisconsin Dells experience. The owners own both BP and Ponderosa and this review is as it relates to the BP Gas Station. I had a horrible experience with BP store #7759095 on 3/24/21. I went into the store for coffee while prior filling up the gas tank. As I walked out from grabbing coffee I hear a huge splashing sound to realize that the fuel pump # 5 was overflowing with gas pouring everywhere. I went back in to let the owner know that there is gas everywhere and that it kept filling; charging me an over amount of 60 dollars. The female owner was very rude and said it was a my fault that I left the pump unoccupied. Hence prior to letting the owner know the clerk on site was made aware and stated that the pumps always sticking and this happened before. After the owner appeared to try to hide and clean up the mess with kitty liter, I requested a refund. She denied me and I stated I need your corporate office number. She refused to give me any information. At this time I then stated I will call the police and fire department to help me resolve this issue and make a record of it. She stated go ahead you will be charged for the call. After I started to dial she called in a hurry. She called the police and said I was an upset man in her gas station that spilled gas everywhere. I stated why are you setting this type of scenario and tone for the police officer. I asked her to put the phone on speaker and she would not do it. I am a biracial male and these are not the times to set the tone that there is an angry minority man in a place of business to the police. The police came and the fire department. No one talked with me. I then begin to research the corporate offices. I did not leave until they took my compliant which the complaint # is 1-10050370460. I have not heard from BP corporate to resolve this issue as a follow up as of 4/12/21. I am a very disappointed customer
