Staff at the front desk are rude and condescending. No compassion whatsoever. Does no one realize that this poor attitude and treatment of the general public is often times where opinions are formed about NHRMC. Quite honestly doesn't say a lot for this hospital. Very disappointed. People asking for assistance at this desk are stressed out and need caring compassionate treatment. We aren't there to burden someone. All we ask for is that you do your job. Get over yourself and accept that you are working for a health care facility and you are there to assist not harm the feelings of those who avtually do care about others.
