If I could give a 0 I would. If you don’t want to have your patience tested I wouldn’t buy anything here.

We bought a tritoon back in May when driving behind it to have it tested we found a couple of massive dents on the external tubes that apparently they knew were there but nobody realized it was on the boat we were buying or felt we needed to know about; when we managed to find a solution that worked and went to pick up the boat, the engine was not installed properly they had to fix it, the sonar wasn’t working and had to be reinstalled as well.

Now here we are in August having yet another bad experience with Ron Hoover; part of the deal we made with them was that a front Bimini was going to be ordered and installed, after calling for months and months asking for an update on the order and getting all sorts of answers or no answer at all today we got told that apparently the order was never made and that we would have to wait at least 3 months more; while I can do understand that things are taking a bit longer than usual not making an order that was part of a contract is unacceptable and we really don’t recommend anybody to do business with them.
Save your time and energy and buy from someone that has their stuff together.
