I locked my keys in my car late on a Sunday night, after calling my car insurance to make a claim with their roadside assistance, I knew it would be hit or miss. Once again after one company cancelled after accepting the order, I was pleasantly surprised when Charles called within seconds of me being notified he had accepted the order. Within 10 minute, he was at the scene and shortly he had unlocked my car without causing any damage to my car. I was so impressed I will be sending a gift card in the amount of the insurance company charges me for a call. I am dropping the coverage from my insurance and going straight to the source for efficient, effect, and prompt service when I once again need roadside assistance.
