WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER.

RUBEN ROSALES: total sack of sht.

RUBEN LIED to me that a car was on his lot and available for purchase. I drove an hour across state lines and this guy wouldn't even meet me in person. The front desk shuffled me off to another salesman who told me RUBEN was busy in meetings for the rest of the day (it was closing time). I demanded to see him and shouted his name in the hallways, and he didn't even have the respect to see me face to face.

Another manager in the office tried to rectify the situation...they told me they'd bring a car to my home to test drive, obviously they didn't. They also promised me a whole bunch of other stuff, obviously I got nothing.

I called the dealership multiple times after this incident, and RUBEN is never available to speak. His front desk said Ruben would get back to me, and that its going on his "priority list". It's been a month and I haven't heard a thing, not an apology, not anything.

This place is the worst f*ckn place imaginable.
