Reviews of Massage 1 Spa in Westminster

I RARELY put up reviews but this business is plain old rude and have no sense in treating clients like human beings as opposed to just wanting there money. ZERO RESPECT AND ZERO. CLASS. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON COURTESY. I call to schedule a couples massage and the owner answers, we get to the time and he gets my phone number then abruptly hangs up without a “see you at 5:30” or thanks, bye…just straight up hangs up. I call back 3 TIMES to confirm but NO ONE ANSWERS. I decide to go elsewhere. Then at 930 PM at night this guy texts me saying I have no common courtesy for not cancelling EVEN after I show him I called 3 times and the receptionist didn’t even say goodbye or ANYTHING that good businesses do to make people feel welcome. After texting back and forth and explain what happened he has literally. ZERO sense of accountability and continues to plead why he’s right and why I’m wrong.
