Ms Battiato's communication skills are extremely poor. I was interested in purchasing a property which had Ms. Battiato as the listing agent. My realtor left at least three messages before getting a return phone call. I then had my realtor submit an offer via email. Ms. Battiato never confirmed receipt of this offer. My realtor left her five text messages, an email and voicemails. Bottom line is that I have no idea if the seller rejected, countered or even received my offer. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. As a potential seller, I would never want to list with an agent who is rude and unresponsive to potential buyers.
