Very Poor Customer Service Skills when a customer calls to discuss why their contractor was allowed to dramatically alter an order after Cortina promised that they never allow that to be done and only the customer can change the order. EXTREMELY rude Manager on the phone, he yelled at me and told me there are worse things in the world than them allowing my contractor to completely change my order on me and stick me with an outrageously higher bill to pay. He continuously screamed at me to "give him a break" and "they have too many customers and contractors to keep track of" and that my complaint was ridiculous. And then he hung up on me. Great way to treat your customers Cortina Tile
