Reviews of County Cesspool in West Babylon

After my cesspool overflowed I called County cesspool. The men arrived and were more than willing to help. When I said I only the wanted chemicals they started with the high pitched sale. They tried to scare me into the full service claiming the fumes could wipe out my family. I said just the chemicals please and with their unhappy look I went and got my check book.

Amazingly by the time I returned with it they had finished?!? I didn't think they did anything but mike assured me that they had. The next day nothing happened. The water level was the same so I called a friend in the business. He came over and showed me what would have happened had County Cesspool done their job.


I called County Cesspool stating two other Professional Cesspool people came and said no chemicals were added Mike at County Cesspool said they'd be right over. They never came. Upon calling the next morning the owner hung up on me. He called me later and left a profanity filled message and threatened to call his lawyer saying his business had a 30 year reputation to protect. Maybe they should have followed up on their empty promises.

I'm not the only one to file complaint with the Better Business Bureau
