Reviews of Stereo 1 One in West Allis

I currently own a 2004 MasterCraft ProStar 197 boat and wanted to install a WetSounds Rev 8 Tower Speakers along with an Amplifier that I purchased for my Monster Tower. I did NOT even have a radio installed in the boat, so I had to have everything installed from scratch including drilling holes through the tower to run the wires through it. I called numerous Boat Dealers in the Milwaukee area and was quoted atronomical prices and was only able to install their speakers they had in stock. (I'm actually still waiting for a quote from SkipperBuds and it's been over 3 weeks.) I had my remote car starter installed by this Stereo One and was very pleased, so I called Neil to see if they install Marine Audio equipment. He informed me that they did and asked what I was looking to do. He was very accommodating, professional, easy-going, and worked with my budget. I actually thought it was too good to be true. He was able to get my boat in his shop on short notice so I could get my boat completed before the 4th of July weekend. I didn't know what to expect since I thought they only focused on car audio but they surpassed all of my expectations. I'll be going back to get an additional subwoofer installed next summer and possibly 2 more Rev8's. They had it done within a day, and when I came to pick up my boat, the audio was installed as I expected and was spotless. Needless to say, I was pumped to get it on the water. The install was completed without any issues. Richie even had to drill holes through my towers since I didn't have any pre-drilled holes. I had them put the speakers on top of the tower, where some owners have the speakers under the tower, because I have to take the tower down all of the time to store it in a garage, and it wasn't an issue for them at all. (If I had the speakers under the tower, they would hit the center motor column and put too much weight on the speakers.) I'm hoping more Boat owners give Stereo One their business over other Boat Dealers, because they'll be extremely satisfied and be given a lot better customer service. The other dealer was affiliated with Lauderdale Lakes and I was only able to install their audio equipment. I couldn't install WetSounds. Stereo One allows you to bring in your own speakers, subwoofers, etc.. and they'll install what you want and work with you. I wish I had a larger budget to get more audio installed, but I'll have to wait until next year. If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to reach out to me. Stereo1 is A COMPLETELY BOGUS STORE. They really screwed up my dad's Benz while putting in a "quality" stereo system in his car. I went there twice to drop the car off and again to pick up the car to see if what they messed up could be fixed. Basically, they rewired the whole car, shorting out the windows so that they don't go up or down. You need a probe to go up into the car to roll the window up or down, making it so you cannot put the roof down on the convertible because the windows would not go back up. Of course, they refuse to own up to any of it. My dad had to bring it to a Mercedes Benz dealership to see what they could do. As of right now the car has been with the Benz dealers for 3 weeks because they MESSED IT UP SO BADLY. Needless to say once the bill comes, they WILL be paying it, or everyone is going to small claims court. Also, the time I went to pick up the car, the World Cup was obviously on in the garage they work in because they paid no attention to the car or guests as NONE of the mechanics from this place are the "professional" or "expert" person they claim to have on their team. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. A**, the owner is a LYING, MANIPULATIVE, CON ARTIST. And I refuse to let others be conned into coming to this DUMP and WASTE of an establishment. These people are about as knowledgeable and helpful as a bag of rocks.
