Reviews of Clarity Eyecare in Waukesha

Staff did not obtain prior authorization for visit despite my registering information on-line and calling and giving it to them a week ahead. Since they did not have auth and it was too late to call insurance ( holiday!) they said I had to reschedule. They didnt know about holidays? They ignored specidic request to do this ahead of time. Again. Two years in a row. No alternatives suggested. Will never return
