Reviews of Dutton Marc Irrigation in Waterford Township

My wife and I were looking for a company to start up our sprinkler system so we called Marc Dutton. They were EXTREMELY expensive, charging us TWICE the amount of any other irrigation system. The technician who started up our sprinkler system was very unprofessional. He told me that one of our rotors in the front yard was not turning so he would need to replace it. I told him not to replace it. When he was finished, he told me the total price for the job which included a huge fee for replacing the very same rotor that I told him not to! I called the office the very same day to complain and the lady said that she would let her manager know and that she would call me back after speaking with her. A few days had passed and I still hadn't heard back so I called again. This time nobody answered so I left a message to call me back. They never even bothered to call back!! It is safe to say that we will NEVER use their services again! Thanks Marc Dutton for charging me way too much while doing a terrible job!!
