Reviews of SMI Technologies LLC in Warren

I bought three computers from SMI Technologies in Warren two of which were defective my second attempt to return a computer I came in on a Monday during business hours and attempted to return a defective Dell Latitude that would not log on to the internet Nor would the trackpad work..they refused to give me an exchange citing these reasons 1. the store was supposed to be closed 2.they werent in today 3.the man wearing the shirt behind the counter had no access to the sales records 4.they had alot going on right now. 5.they were over 60 miles away and werent going to come back to give me a return 6.id have to wait until friday and be without a computer or my money back to purchase another until friday....(today being monday) yet this sign and door we're both open and then after declaring my computer defective I brought in the receipt that they had listed the wrong computer on and refused to give me a return and also refuse to acknowledge that I purchased the computer from them their only solution was having me take a day off work to make a return and then proceeded to insult my intelligence by saying the computer was in perfect working order when I purchased it which is physically impossible for a driver to uninstall itself.... all in all their prices are like their buisness practices extremely LOW!!!!!!
