DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!!!

I was aggressively pressured by two salespeople to purchase a Perfectio X as well as skin products and facials.

Details: Perfectio X, skincare products, and 6 "VIP" facials purchased on December 24, 2020. Business was named Oceane, located in a kiosk in the Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, CA. Eric (I believe he owned Oceane) told me he had signed a lease for a permanent spa in the mall. The salesmen were named Eric and Jose (no last names were given). Total invoice was $3,247.50; the Perfectio X was $2,172.07 before tax.

Jose and Eric aggressively followed me in the outdoor mall and convinced me to sit in their kiosk to try the face cream. While I was sitting, Jose started using the Perfectio on my face. Hard-sell tactics such as excessive personal compliments, offers of huge discounts, being shown the manufacturer's website (Zero Gravity) and noting the site indicated the Perfectio X was sold out (how lucky I was they had the product in stock), and wearing me down by what felt like being trapped; I spent nearly an hour in the kiosk while Jose was using the Perfectio on me. At some point Eric told me he "loved me," (not in a romantic way) and gave me many hugs. I finally succumbed to the pressure and bought the items listed above.

I immediately regretted the purchase and went online to see what options I had to return the item. During my search, I saw dozens of complaints about Zero Gravity and how they refused to make any refunds and even somehow stopped people from reselling the product.

Jose had given me his telephone number and I called him explaining that I felt pressured to buy something I didn't need or want, how I had just paid off a lot of debt and was now back in debt, etc. He offered to call Eric and have him call me. A couple of days later Eric called me and was firm about not issuing refunds. He told me I could resell the item on eBay.

I listed the new, unopened Perfectio X on eBay, and two days later received an email from eBay letting me know that OMM Imports dba Perfectio by Zero Gravity informed eBay that my product was "counterfeit." I was informed I could not re-list the item. This must be an illegal business practice.

I recently went back to the kiosk to try to get a refund or at least help in reselling the item. They refused to help. So not only do I have an unwanted item I can't sell (even though I own it), I was also charged $488.76 for facials I'll never receive.
