Did not give an estimate prior to the move, did not provide accounting of boxes or packing materials, no moving inventory sheets. Contracted for 3 days and forced to decrease to 2 days, late in 2nd day. Over $2,000.00 documented furniture damage. To my knowledge no pads on furniture only plastic wrap. Moving in broken banister, damaged walls and floor, broken glass table top, damaged upholstery, numerous mars and chips on furniture due to poor protection and loading on trucks. Did not pack or move all of the belongings at old house. End of move at 1 AM I received a written invoice and they received payment in full. Did not pay our damage claim in full, with estimate and pictures submitted by a professional furniture repairperson. In discussion she said the claim I originally filed was a lesser amount. I resent original emails and pictures. She deducted almost $400.00 from the damage claim for "extra boxes", first mentioned when I tried to collect for damage. If I had been at the old house during the packing and move, I would have stopped the move due to poor packing and loading. They are the worst moving company I have every used. They appear to be nice people, but based on how the boxes and furniture were prepared, they do not recognize nor possess the ability to move anything of value. I have used all types of companies in many moves. I have never experienced as much damage. Buyer beware.
