I have a 2003 Mercury Sable that was having some problems. I took it to get a diagnosis from Baum's Auto and they misdiagnosed it. The problem was my transmission. I have had some problems trying to go up on the interstate and it would slip. But then it started turning completely off at lights. Anyway I let them go ahead and do another diagnose. I actually took it to Baum's because they only charge $40 but I won't ever do that again. Whoever is fixing the car needs to do it. It cost me $100 but the amount of time it took to diagnose it, was well worth it. Carl was the one that helped me. He gave me some discounts. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the guy who got in the car did not wipe the grease of the door handle. Other than that, they are honest HARD working guys. I would definitely recommend this Firestone over the others. Thanks guys for helping me. The car hasn't driven this good in years :-)
