Reviews of Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center in Venice

ZERO STARS - PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE !
MOST OF THE CURRENT REVIEWS ARE FAKE. ONE IS THE SERVICE MANAGER HIMSELF !
I waited 4.5 HOURS to have my tires changed.
The level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service witnessed today has been unreal. From the service manager bragging to customers how much he gets paid to the techs talking to him while he's on the toilet through the bathroom door and the rated R-MA movies playing on the TV for the customers to watch. I arrived at noon for my appointment to have tires replaced, My car didn't even start getting worked on until 3 pm.
No one had said a word to me about being behind on time. The service manager left the counter unattended for about an hour and left.
Finally at 430 when they finally finished my car, they didn't even check the TPMS sensors as two of them were out completely and not registering.
( A $80 charge on my bill )
Now I have to go somewhere else to have that done. I got no apology or explanation for the ridiculous amount of time it took to change 4 tires. They cost me money by ruining half of my work day.
This place is a total joke.
