I was looking for a workout that I loved and would stick with. ILKB is it. They are an amazing group of individuals that want you to succeed and the community to succeed. I was brand new to kickboxing and I knew from the first class I wanted to come back.

What a great community to be part of! I really enjoy the classes and the instructors. The work outs are great and everyone is so encouraging. I’m really glad that I joined! They have fun events and competitions as well. Everyone has been just so friendly and welcoming. I am always looking forward to days that I can make it in. You really work out every part of your body and they incorporate stretching and HIT training into each class for a total workout.

This was one of the best decisions I have made for myself and for my family. They have awesome instructors that assist you with the workouts, and modifications for your level type. They encourage you to keep pushing for your goals, and motivate you with many incentives, so you can get where you need to be. The place is very nice, always ventilated and looking clean and tidy, no sweaty gym smell!
