Yes they are very rude and everything about what that person is true, my 4 year old asked for a fish toy and she said the same thing to my child ....this little guy talks to me all day....I think this place is a nightmare from hoarders as well and they are a bunch of weird people and they are theifs ....neg 20 stars....someone should report what is really going on there ....and let people know where their donations are really going and investigate these thieves homes for the stolen donations...

would be a great place if the old did not steel everything and the only a person can get is stained clothes with holes in them they need people to run it soon

Neg. 5 stars The people that work there are a bunch of thiefs that steal the donations ....the two older women that work there are beyond weird and not to mention very rude..including the young gay girl that also works there....there are mountains of things stacked up to the ceilings that noone is allow to have because the old lady that is hunched over claims that they are hers and my children have asked for certain cute toys and such (furby) for example she claims that no one can have these items cause she says, "no that little guy talks to me all day??!" What the heck kind of charity place is this...you think people that donate this stuff, would rather a toy go to some hunkered old women that claims it talks to her???? Over some child enjoying playing with the toy???? These people and there so called chairty is more like some rude selfish nightmare from hoarders....
