Reviews of Wholesale Tool in Tulsa

Negative 10 stars! I had to do 1 star to post here! Do not Shop here! This is a new all time low for this business or any business!! The people there are a JOKE! I have been there several times knowing that 90% of the people that work there have no idea what is going on but this is a new low for Wholesale tool!!! They close Saturday at Noon, I go in at 11:45, realize I left my wallet at home immediately (Totally my fault), I tell the RUDE guy behind counter "I left my wallet at home" before I could say anything else he said "well I cant help you there" very RUDELY! I say "I live 3 miles away, I will be back, if I am a little late will you stay open?" He replies "Its above me, Upper management makes that call". So I do 80 home get my wallet, Head back, when I was 1/4 mile away at 11: 57 I call to tell them to pull 100 3/8 SDS hammer drill bits so we didn't have to wait (Same RUDE guy behind the counter answered the phone) He told me "Bud you aren't going to make it, They are pulling the chain now" I said I am 1/4 a mile away, I will make it by Noon, He replies, I am sorry we are closing, I ask to speak to the manager, The "manager" gets on the phone, I tell him my situation and I was almost there and what I needed so they could pull them, he replies " sorry we are closed, well be open Monday at 8" this was at 11:58 and I was on the same road as the store 1/8 a mile away!!!!!!! This would normally bother me but I am now in a bind, I am a commercial contractor and have to drill 1,900 3/8 holes starting Monday morning in Springfield MO, I am leaving Sunday night.. I will never shop there again! I am posting this all over the internet! So they cant remove all the post!
