Arizona First Properties managed a house that I leased for 4 years. During that time I had to start checking my back account to make sure my rent check was deducted from my account. The finance department lost my payment, which made my payment late. The owner finally realized that it was the fault of his office and sent me a letter stating so and made my late payments on time. At that time I asked if I could transfer funds because they are the only reason I had checks. After all this is the 21st Century. Finance said yes, the owner said no. I went with the owner. I paid extra and started sending my checks certified mail so that their office would have to sign for my payments. The trust was gone.
