Reviews of T-Mobile in Towson

My daughter upgraded her iphone from this location on 9/25.... after a call from Sprint with her bill being over $400.00 I made a phone call. She was told on 2 separate occasions that her phone was returned to Sprint by the manager but it was sent a week after she upgraded.. On November 2 , I called well the manager said he would look into it..... I made some calls MYSELF to the finance dept to find out what was going on AND to the return dept for Sprint, the young lady there called and informed the manager how to handle to situation .. he agreed and thought he was gonna hang up and do it later. Well, she told him we would hold while he did that... a few minutes later all was handled, he informed the dept he had to call that they STILL had the phone, when we were told it had already been returned. SO - if you have done business here FOLLOW-UP .... they are doing funky business here. NEVER AGAIN will she do business at this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
