I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. First, we found what appeared to be a pretty decent travel trailer on their website. Called and spoke with the salesman, asking if there were any issues and was told it was perfect. Explained our credit situation and how much we could put down, and were assured we would get the loan. When that didnt happen, we settled on a cash price and put down a deposit, only to get a call back an hour later saying that it had been sold earlier that morning.

To make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a unit several feet shorter, 3 years older, and that sleeps 2 less people for the same price. Obviously that wasnt going to work, so we suggested another unit on their lot that was the same year, a few feet longer and slept the same number of people. Price difference was $2k. They refused. Now the salesman texts my wife saying we "dodged a bullet" because the one we originally wanted has all kinds of serious water damage, even though it was perfect when we first started our negotiations.

From my perspective, this sure seemed a lot like the classic used car dealer bait and switch. I'll be filing a complaint with the state, as well as the BBB, and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
