Tatum is an incredible realtor. Very responsive via phone/text and always kept us up to date. She is an experienced real estate investor in her own right and we leveraged her property flipping experience during our first flip. Her marketing of our property was top notch and had us a full price offer within a couple days. Highly recommend Tatum!

Tatum is excellent at what she does, and she is also lovely to work with. She is easy to communicate with, knows the market VERY well, and made sure to include us in every step - asking how we felt about this or that, what our options were, and giving us the time we needed to think things over. When we sold our house, I appreciated her savvy negotiation skills and I felt she had our interests and need right upfront at all times. We had a great experience working with Tatum and her team!
