Reviews of Laser Ops Xtreme Fun Center in Tampa

Before I get into all the bad I have to give a great mention to Parker. He served us in the party room. He was very attentive and seemed to be the only one who was apologetic in the end. This was a terrible experience. Went for a friends birthday to do the laser game. In the arena there was 39 people (apparently there max is 40). In this experience there was way to many people and too few laser ops employees watching to keep things safe and fun. There were also several people playing who knew the laser ops employees. These kids were cheating making the game not fun, and no matter if we complained to the employees or if the employees saw it happen there were no consequences. One of my friends got kicked by the other players and nothing happened. The 6 year old on our team had the other team shooting the lasers directly in his eye, nothing happened. my mom got hit by the other team, nothing happened. the other team purposely cover the sensors, targets, and used shooting angles they told us not to use, nothing happened. The other team camped the spawn when your not supposed to, and nothing happened. We went to the front desk and ask Lynn for the manager. She got us the assistant manager McKenna. she talked to the the laser crew to tell them to do better, but that’s all she could do. The host of the party ask to get a discount because this ruined the party. She said she would ask the manager. Which the manager was Lynn, the lady who directed us to the assistant manager. She couldn’t even own up as manager when we first asked for one. No discount was given. We will never be going back. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!
