Rightway spring gave a verbal quote of $3800 for trailer repairs then put on the wrong parts that would have made the trailer completely unsafe and charged $6241.00, when I objected they threatened to file a lien and take the trailer. In short they provided no written estimate, they thew out the old parts and refused to provide them to me, their billing has little to no details concerning labor or exact parts. In my opinion these guys are a walking consumer protection fraud claim. I have filed a claim with the Washington Attorney Generals office and pursuing a legal claim against them.
