Horrible customer service after the move. Their truck backed into old house when they first arrived and they said they would take care of it. Since then they refuse to answer any phone calls or emails from me. They are liable and need to pay to have it fixed. During the move process they claimed "its not that bad" after seeing photos and with no estimate from a professional. I have gotten quotes for almost $900 to get it repaired. They are non-communicative at this point. My next step is to hire a lawyer to get the damages covered.
