Reviews of Rick Jackomis DDS in Sterling

Jackomis destroyed my entire oral health that included 9 unnecessary tooth extractions without informed consent and x-rays, and he also performed multiple unnecessary root canals w/out x-rays, in which several I was unaware of that resulted in bacterial infections that ultimately caused residual heart problems. We paid him over $60,000, but he underreported our fees, and he also charged me for treatments/crowns/appliances that were never delivered. Moreover, he destroyed my 1 implant by placing a dollop of cement on it w/out connecting it and then placed an open margin bridge over it which resulted in add'l infections and bone loss. Because he kept me in temps for more than 5 yrs, all of my teeth had dental caries, and he placed crowns over the decay, so I would have lost my remaining teeth had I not sought treatment with my Board-Certified Prosthodontist. He also forged my signature on a treatment plan form dated 4-30-2003, and he deliberately w/held my first 3 treatments performed at his Loudoun Co Potomac Falls Practice in August, Sept and October 2002 for potential litigation purposes in order to present a false presentation of my actual dental condition, and then fraudulently slipped these treatments into my prior dental records (since he worked at that office on occasion as an Assoc Dentist and had possession of my prior records). He also posted my husband's first tx at his practice dated 7-25-02 to the newly prepared dental chart with my name on it.
