Very unorganized. Never answer the phone. They sit around and talk to each other while people are waiting. The dentists do not know what they are doing. Stay away

They are horrible. They lost my papers for sliding scale and took me 6 months to get this straight. I am crippled and have to wait for hours. I've been going for 8 months now begging them to look at sensitive tooth but they told me I had to have cleaning & deep cleaning which costs $35 each time. Told me I had gum disease. Went to local dentist who told me tooth in front now abcessed, need root canal (can't afford him) and don't have gum disease and don't need cleaning. I live on SSI alone have no car and live in constant pain but have to see them now as can't afford anything else. If you have to sell the family jewelry don't go there.

Worst place ever. You can never trust them. A year ago I went to them cause I have gum decease and my doctor referred me to them. They send a request to my insurance and they got the approvel for it but they never told or call to set up an appointment. After few months I called my insurance to ask them, they said that I was approved and my doctor should contact me for the appointment. I called them too many times they never call back. I went to the office the lady there gave me an appointment I told her that I have few days before it's expire, she gave an appointment after the expiration date when I went there they said they can't see me. They said they have to submit another approval. After few weeks I called the insurance to ask if they approve it they said my doctor never submit another one, it's been 3 months already and I've been calling the doctor office like every day they never call back. I never seen any service such this horrible office offer. They should get workers who are walling to work not set there talk and mess up people's life like they did to me I'm already loosing my tooth because of this bad office.
