We usually go there to change the oil and do a checkup (every 3 months at 250 Parkinson ave Staten island). Usually everything goes nice but today it was different, they were rude to us and they changed the oil but never did a checkup of the car! And on top of all that when it was time to pay, we had a debit card and the employee kept asking for the pin number! We gave him the zip code but he said it has to be the pin when we asked if we could pay in cash he said no! We had to give him the pin and then we had to go to our bank to change the it! It's insane to request the pin number for a debit card! He could've easily taken all the money in the account!
I used to be a very loyal customer but no way I am going back!
