There are some honest and good quality lawyers in Southeast Michigan, E.N. G., A. d. p. and J. C.-T. just to name a few. J. G. S. (P70825) of S. law (Birmingham, MI) is not one of them. While representing Case No. GC 09 1653 in the Michigan 46th District Court, he did nothing. He didn’t know what he was doing and didn't know what to do. So, he petitioned the court to withdraw and did. He didn’t respond to motion and didn’t appear for hearing. He confessed to the Michigan Attorney Grieviance Commission, he had no choice, the transcript presented to him after his withdrawl proved his guilt. He put on top of his confession a big stupid lie “he entered into his computer the wrong date”. He did this too, he presented the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission a "bogus retainer agreement". He did. Yes he did. According to S., he sent (2) copies of the retainer agreement to client via U.S. mail but neither of the two were returned to him. He LIED. Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. Hummmm, stupidity, pure stupidity. The client NEVER received either of the two retainer agreements because he (S.) never prepared/submitted them. The subject matter concerning a retainer agreement between S. and client NEVER surfaced. After eight months of doing nothing, he (S.) said "this case is hard". He said that, “this case is hard”. Client accompanied by a Birmingham Police Office retrieved all case files from S. at his Birmingham Office, December 2009. This was before the January 2010 Court Date. He, (S.) NEVER had conversations with the Birmingham, Michigan Police Officer concerning escorted client. He said he did. He LIED. The Birmingham, Michigan Police Officer denies his allegation. He, therefore, has compromised and damaged a Birmingham, Michigan police officer’s reputation. He (S.) is a Number #1 Loser and a Master Liar. He is inept, inconsistent and conflicting. How he ever retained a Michigan law license is yet a mystery but this is worse and much more comical; he is Vice President of the Law Practice & Legal Administration Counsel 812100 in Michigan. Oh! By the way he didn’t show up in court to speak on his behalf (01/11/2010). He petitioned the court to withdraw (Case No. GC 09 1653) but could not/did not show his face in court. He wasn’t feeling well. Hummmmm, Really!!! Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. Warning!!! Red Flags!!!!! His advertisements are false. He is not professional or committed. He is not an experienced lawyer. He is not an expert at anything.
