Low rating only because of store manager S**** p****. We had an issue about Sirius xm, the salesman was new and after much thought we decided he made a mistake. The store manager, S****, is good at coming up with excuses, and trying to put blame back on customer. But we had made a resolution to solve issue, tried to contact him at a later date but no response, he is very good at saying " I called but didn't get through" , if that was true why not return my email or call at a later date. The one and only reason I will not purchase another vehicle from gurley leep is because of S**** p****. Otherwise nice sales staff and facility.
