In the fall of 2020 agreed to a quote of $1,262 that included $195 charge to cosmetically repair countertop crack. Weeks after the resurfacing the crack reappeared. The mgr. made arrangements for the particular area to be resurfaced and weeks later again the crack reappeared. Emailed mgr. in January requesting full refund since the repair had failed twice. After multiple emails to the mgr. he finally contacted us by phone to deny our refund request and stated our problem was that the countertop was not level. Because of our experience with the company we deem the company to be untruthful and unethical.
