DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! 9/22/22-
2 weeks ago I purchased my new BMW, I am a single mom and worked my but off for years to save up and get my dream car. After having it and driving it for only 3 days, the check engine light came on. The dealership (select auto dealer in smithtown) said it was probably one of the new sensors they put in, and he would take care of it. The dealership took it to SJK Auto, where two days later they would TOTAL my new BMW BY DROPPING IT OFF THE CAR LIFT…. They THEN proceeded to be unresponsive, not giving me any plan of action or communication of how they would fix this, no answering my calls or texts while still having my car in their possession for DAYS, until eventually I had to go through my own insurance company to make a claim. Thanks to the help of others that have gone thru something like this, I am filling a lawsuit against them. Save yourself the trouble and never use this shop. Go somewhere else.
