Reviews of Verizon in Sioux Falls

Wanted to use my sister's account to get an upgrade phone and transfer it to my daughter on my account. My Verizon store told me how to get it done. My daughter drove to Sioux Falls with all the proper authorizations in place. People in this store told her it couldn't be done without my sister present. Had my daughter drive to the other corporate store who took care of her without issue. While driving from the Empire Mall to the other location my daughter was rear ended. Fortunately no injuries and minimal damage to the car but now she has to take her car to be repaired because the Verizon people in the Empire Mall either are not properly trained, are idiots or are not interested in helping customers. Avoid this store, if they can't do a simple transaction, odds are you will get screwed by these people one way or another.
