Reviews of Shuck Fence in Shelbyville

So far I am NOT impressed. As far as I can tell they are just another Kentucky company that is all promise and not so much delivery. They seemed to be a good company to deal with when their sales guy A J came out to give us our quote. We were promised good communication whenever we decided to move forward with the fence and about a 2-3 week lead once we made our down payment. We waited about 6 weeks to finally pull the trigger on the job, made our $1100 down payment and were told 3 weeks. Since then 3 weeks have gone by. They have initiated zero communication with us. I have called to check up and while I agree we have gotten a whole lot of rain over the past several weeks which would cause delays I still feel they have $1100 of our money, they should be giving us updates as to when they can get us on the schedule. Poor Customer Service!
