Reviews of Homestreet Bank - Home Office, Corporate Headquarters in Seattle

I used to like Home street bank until I ended up dealing with a domestic violence DV stalking issue. My abuser was somehow able to get mine and my friend's personal and private banking information from Diane at the Lakewood Branch.
She should not even have confirmed we had accounts there. There is a protection order in place because my ex is a predator and very controlling and manipulative. He had no right to our private banking info. He isn't even on any of our accounts because my friend didn't trust him to begin with.
So...not only did I get beaten by my ex, and not only did my friend get taken advantage of financially by this man...but Diana at the Lakewood Branch actually had several contacts with him and then proceeded to treat ME like I was a leper with no rights.
The branch manager, Kamarie, apologized for the 'poor training' and asked me if there was anything she could do to help. She gave me her business card. I emailed her, but never heard back from her.
That woman, Diana, should NOT be trusted with people's financial security.
