Hello Dr. Lee,
I was admitted to Good Sam on July the 2nd and you were my treating physician. The ER intake team took my Cigna Health Card and my California Drivers' Lic, they were never returned to me. I have called 3 times, visited the ER in person, and been redirected to different sub-departments with no one being able to help me with a fairly simple request. All I want is my private information returned. Please let me know if you can help me. I do have a return appt with Dr. Bausback on the 20th of July. I apologize for reaching out to you directly but everyone I speak with just throws their hands up in the air and replies "we can't help you". The level of care I received at your facility was very impressive. I am very unimpressed with the lack of outpatient care.
