Joe prices his service well and is very professional. He puts out curbs to protect corners and stands behind his work. I use him to clean all of my Real Estate listings! His equipment is powerful and his truck mount unit takes all the dirt and water off site instead of Chem Dry and others that just swirl it around and push it into the pad.

Joe Anderson has been taking care of my spills and dog accidents for years. He's the best in San Jose and is worth every penny. With 2 kids and a dog it is hard to keep a clean carpet in our household. Luckily Joe comes thru to save the day when we need him. I definitely recommend his service if your in the south bay.
